I wholesale nationally myself – by the end of this month I will have closed in about 12 states, on properties I have never seen, for a seller and buyer I have never met. Isn’t it AMAZING!

Hi Rebecca – I have done this in 13 different states and have flipped a lot of houses remotely in cities I’ve never been to on properties I’ve never seen to buyers I’ve never met. Maybe I’ll put a case study video training together on a house I flipped just like this for people to see exactly how I did it…Would that be interesting to folks?

Rob, great video. I flip REos but only the ones I see with my own eyes. Flipping without a hands on approach (long distance is pretty scary even with software). I work the Colorado and Oklahoma City metro markets. I have not been able to close in a market I did not know even though I was using automation. How many have you flipped long distance?

NOTE: I have been an educator since 1976.

The video although only 5min..it’s quite exhausting! :O) It leaves me with an impression of too much information and info overload. However, it is the exact reason to remember when establishing presence on the internet – access to eye balls is huge, amount of information is massive and techonology becomes obsolete very quickly. Therefore, as investors we need to embrace technology and at the same time be mindful of our technology strategy so that we don’t waste our limited resources – time and money.
