Real Estate Investors, Landlords and Wholesalers -

I have found this tool to be accurate in several cities around the country to estimate rents.

Check it out here –>  http://www.Zilpy.com

You should add this to your toolbelt, it’s pretty cool with all the stuff it does.

Enjoy.

    Hey Michael,

So here’s the deal with credit, financing and wholesaling…

    1. You don’t need credit so I wouldn’t worry about it.

    2. Financing I totally recommend private money so again credit doesn’t matter.

    3. For wholesaling, again you don’t need credit or financing, although it is becoming more and more common that you will use transactional funding (flash cash) or private money to close some wholesale deals. It really depends on your buyer (their financing) and the seller (title requirements).

I’ve got a couple of things that can help tie up the loose ends but on the 3 things you need help with, I would start by learning wholesaling.

Go here: http://www.WholesalingNewsletter.com — it’s a free newsletter but you’ll also be able to check out my 3 Hour Deal System (it’s a quick start wholesaling program for $47).

If you pick up my 3 Hour Deal System, I’ll give you my 53 Wholesale Mistakes course FREE. Just send my your receipt after picking up the system.

    Thanks for posting.

When you’re ready, you can check out: http://www.RaisingPrivateMoneyNow.com to learn to get private money, it’s a very thorough program.

    I hope this helps.

    Rob
