I use this simple little spreadsheet to calculate my Private Lender pay-off figures so I can send the information over to the title company. I thought you could us it too.
It calculates everything for you and then automatically fills in the pay-off letter as a simple little fax cover sheet you can send right to the title company.

Any chance you can take a snap shot and email it to me. I don’t run MS, I run a Mac. The tool seems cool and something I could use for my investors. Just raised $160k to purchase another property and have $50k waiting for another deal. 2012 will rock!
